Full-Time ---------------------- Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting activities for sub-specialist, Anesthesiologists, and other primary care physicians Negotiate contracts and finalize recruitment agreements Assist with physician and family relocation issues Review financial statements and performance of practices with recruitment agreements Research and analyze physician market salary and community benefits information Stay apprised of IRS, Medicare, and Stark regulations Work with Wright State University Residency Programs in permanent placement of residents Serve as a team member for strategic planning and business development Bachelor's degree required Recruitment experience required 3 - 5 years of healthcare and/or provider recruitment experience preferred Experience with physician recruitment, practice management, including financial and marketing planning Familiarity with marketing/public relations techniques, especially sales Knowledge of the medical community preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Computer proficient with knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, databases If you're driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector by recruiting top-notch physicians, Premier Health offers the perfect platform.   • Negotiation and diplomacy skills are necessary.
