Position: HR Manager
Location: Hybrid in any of our five offices (Salt Lake, Orem, Lehi, Heber, Fillmore)
Type: Part-Time
Reports to: Brad Allen
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and employee relations
Lead recruiting efforts at BYU, SUU, USU, and UofU
Foster a positive, high-performance culture that aligns with our firms values
Lead talent management initiatives including performance reviews, development plans, and retention strategies
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and HR best practices
Process payroll twice per month
Qualifications:
Proven HR leadership experience (3+ years), preferably in a professional services or accounting/finance environment
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience implementing or working with HRIS systems
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Understands the importance of confidentiality and is trustworthy with sensitive information
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters or HR certification a plus)
