Pay Range: 20+/Hour - Guaranteed 40 Hours/WEEK

About the Role:

As a Duct Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the air quality and efficiency of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly clean and sanitize ductwork, ensuring that air flows freely and contaminants are removed. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to safety, as you will be working in various environments and may encounter challenging conditions. By effectively performing your duties, you will contribute to the overall health and comfort of occupants, while also helping to extend the lifespan of HVAC systems. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on energy efficiency and indoor air quality, making it an essential service in the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance.
  • Certification in HVAC or related field.
  • Knowledge of indoor air quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of duct systems to identify areas needing cleaning and maintenance.
  • Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to clean and sanitize ductwork, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Document the cleaning process and provide detailed reports to clients regarding the condition of their duct systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain the cleaning process and address any concerns they may have.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks to ensure a safe working environment.

The required skills for this position include attention to detail, which is essential for identifying areas that require cleaning and ensuring thoroughness in your work. Strong communication skills will be utilized daily to interact with clients, explaining the cleaning process and addressing any questions or concerns.
