At North American Learning Institute (NALI) we’re looking for top-tier talent to join our customer service team and deliver next-level support to our students and referral partners. As a work-from-home Customer Service Representative at NALI, you’ll be our front-line team member who’s focused on helping guide our students toward success with direct interaction via text, email, and occasionally by phone. You are the face of NALI to every student and referral partner who works with you. This role gives you the unique opportunity to have a daily positive impact on our students and clients. Here’s what we’re looking for: • Some college credit required – A degree is a plus, but we care most about your drive and skills. • Fluent English required; additional languages a plus • 1-3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in email/chat/text environments • Tech-savvy and adaptable • Analytical and solutions-focused • Strong work ethic and dependability – You show up, give 110%, and make every interaction count.
