What We’re Looking For
A motivated, commission-only sales rep with proven success targeting construction firms, developers, or related sectors in Canada
Basic understanding of web design, development, and digital technology
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with decision-makers in construction and development
Self-starter, driven by results, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently
Ability to explain digital services clearly and persuasively to non-technical clients
Familiarity or network within the Canadian construction and development community is a major plus
What You’ll Do
Prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities specifically within the Canadian construction and development sectors
Present tailored web design solutions that help clients showcase their projects and build credibility
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on this niche market
Collaborate with our creative team to ensure client needs are fully understood and met
Exceed sales targets while earning uncapped commission on all sales

Key Requirements
Have a high school diploma
Must be punctual
Must be confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
Have exemplary interpersonal and customer service skills
Demonstrate sales ability and have a past track record of performance
Having adequate English skills
Having a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative
Basic understanding of how websites work, from design and development to CMS platforms like WordPress.
Can comfortably speak about website features, UX, SEO, and digital strategy with potential clients.
Knows how to navigate Google and other search engines efficiently
Fully comfortable using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet and can schedule and host meetings
Strong Communication & Sales Skills
Self-Motivated & Commission Driven
Fast Learner and eager to learn more about website technology, design trends, our offerings, and our portfolio, and can communicate it clearly to clients.
